Shipping Information

         Thank you for shopping at proknifeandtool.com for the highest quality knives, tools and accessories. It is our goal to provide you with the best products at the best price. We call the beautiful state of Oregon our home, and all shipping costs are calculated from the West Coast.

Shipping Times

Orders for items in stock usually ship within one business day of receipt. Orders received before 12:00 noon PST will most likely be shipped the same day. Orders received after 12:00 noon PST will be shipped the following business day. For orders received on Friday, every attempt will be made to ship orders by close of business Friday. However some orders placed on Fridays may not ship until the next business day. Special order items will usually ship within 24 hours of arriving in our warehouse. You will receive an email notification on special order items with more information about the shipping time for that specific item.

Shipping Carriers & Methods

All orders placed will ship UPS Ground. UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes or, APO/FPO addresses so a physical address will be required at the time the order is placed. UPS 2^nd Day Air is available on request. Orders over $200 placed in the US ship for free. Swords (coming to Pro Knife and Tool soon) over $200 do not qualify for free shipping, but will be shipped at a flat rate based on the length of the sword purchased. UPS Ground cannot be used on orders to Hawaii and Alaska. All orders to Hawaii and Alaska will automatically be upgraded to UPS 2^nd Day Air and the additional freight cost will be added to the order.

Please allow 7 – 14 days for orders shipped UPS Ground. Times vary based on distance of shipment. Items not in stock and special order items will be shipped as soon as they are available for processing.

Tracking Your Orders

         Click on Track your order in the upper right hand navigation bar to see the status of your open order. Enter the order number provided in the order confirmation email that you receive when your checkout is complete.

Returns

           All undmaged merchandise that is reurned for convenience is subject to a 15% restock fee. Prior to sending any merchandise back please contact us to let us know how we can help. We will also send you a Return Athorization number (RA#). All returns must have a RA# before being shipped back to our warehouse. We are not obligated to accept any returns of product submitted more than 60 days after shipment of such products to customer, excluding retunrs of defective merchandise. RA#'s have a validity period of 30 days from the date of issue.

Price Matching

         In our efforts to offer the most competitive prices on our website, we will try to match regular prices from other web based stores selling knives and multi-tools. Some restrictions do apply. We do not match clearance, close out, and discontinued items. Items must be in stock and available to ship on the competing website. We reserve the right to decide which sale and coupon prices we will match on an order by order basis. We do not honor price matches based on misprints or errors on competing websites.
